DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Option 1 — In the App

The fastest option. Takes about 30 seconds.

   Open Settings

   In Ravenous, tap the profile icon or menu and open Settings.

   Go to Privacy & Data

   Scroll to the Privacy & Data section.

   Tap Delete My Account

   Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the section.

   Confirm

   Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen and tap Delete Permanently. Your account, all data, and all files are removed immediately.

Option 2 — By Email

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email us from the address on your Ravenous account:

Include the subject line "Delete My Account". We will verify ownership of the email and complete the deletion within 30 days, and no later than 45 days as required by applicable state law.

What Gets Deleted

• • Profile, goals, and account credentials
• • All food, hydration, weight, measurement, body-composition, and meal-correction logs, plus milestones
• • All workouts, cardio, workout templates, personal records, and workout body checks
• • All progress photos, photo analyses, body-composition scans and zones, bicep and glute photos, and form-analysis videos
• • Glucose readings, glucose meals, and glucose insights
• • Peptide protocols, dose logs, symptom logs, injection-site history, and daily check-ins
• • Mood check-ins, daily insights, daily nutrition summaries, weekly summaries, and AI Coach conversations
• • Risk Factor Profile, including blood-pressure readings, LDL cholesterol, vision exam status, smoking/alcohol status, and TBI history
• • Dietary restrictions and allergies, including any free-text note
• • Longevity test results and 30-Day Reports
• • Supplement logs, user supplements, soreness check-ins, and symptom/food-sensitivity logs
• • Push notification subscriptions and AI usage records
• • Subscription is not automatically cancelled — cancel it in your device Settings (Apple or Google) so you are not re-billed

Backups

Data is removed from live systems immediately. Encrypted backups are rotated within our standard backup window and any residual copies are overwritten on that schedule.
